Install and open

1. Install from Marketplace.
2. In Forms, open Extensions > QR Code Generator for Google Forms > Open.
3. Use Settings for key and output defaults.

How to use

1. Create one code using Generate preview then Download PNG.
2. Use Load questions and Add row for batch prefilled data.
3. Click Generate batch page.
4. Use Download sheet PNG (Pro) for sheet output export.
